Horrabridge - The Old School Cottage is set in this picturesque village, which is located within Dartmoor National Park and just a few miles from both Tavistock and Plymouth. Part of the Old School House, once the village primary school, the Old School Cottage is accessed through the ‘Girls & Infants’ entrance. The terraced cottage retains its charm with arched windows and cosy modern interior. The River Walkham flows through Horrabridge, and is spanned by a stone, medieval bridge - the oldest in West Devon. The village has a number of shops, bakery, post office, 2 pubs and a takeaway!

| The medieval stone bridge provides an excellent view over the Park and the River Walkham as it cascades over the weir. With it's many local amenities Horrabridge is an excellent base to explore Dartmoor. Within a 15 minute drive you can reach many other local villages - Meavy, Clearbrook, Dousland, Yelverton and Princetown to name a few. Local attractions such as Burrator reservoir, Morwellham Quay, the market town of Tavistock and Plymouth with its maritime history and seafront location are but a short drive.
